Fargo woman badly injured when car strikes horse in roadway
DENT, Minn.—A Fargo woman suffered serious injuries early Friday, Sept. 22, when the car she was driving struck a horse in the roadway near here.
According to a report released by the Minnesota State Patrol: The crash occurred about 5:20 a.m. on Highway 108 east of Dent. Leah Marie Orner, 29, of Fargo, was driving eastbound when her car struck a horse on the roadway and her vehicle came to rest next to the road.
She was airlifted to a hospital in Perham, Minn., with life-threatening injuries.
