Clothing Store going into old Thrifty White building
Aaron Karvonen, the new owner of the old Thrifty White building, announced at the Economic Development Authority (EDA) annual meeting this morning plans for a premium mens and womens clothing store for the space.
“People have been interested in what we are going to do with the building,” he said.
The name of the new store is 125 Apparel and Karvonen added plans are to open in the summer of 2018.
Both the outside and inside of the building are getting a facelift. Karvonen said they wanted to go with a modern design.
The EDA annual meeting takes a look back at business projects over the last year in the Perham area and the county, and what is ahead for the next year.
