PHS Boys Tennis: Bemidji blanks Jackets

The Yellowjackets finally had a home meet Tuesday, but their guests from Bemidji treated they quite rudely, shutting Perham out, 7-0.

Dylan Ashcraft played well at No. 3 singles in a 6-2, 7-5 loss. Ashcraft was up 5-4 and was on-serve before dropping the final three points.

On the road again

The Yellowjackets will travel to Wadena today (April 30) to take on their Mid-State Conference rivals. Matches will start at 5 p.m.

Perham will hit the road again Friday, May 1 for a match at Long Prairie-Grey Eagle High School. They follow that up with a trip to Staples-Motley on May 5. Both matches will begin at 5 p.m.
