Miss Perham's Outstanding Teen pageant has been postponed to the fall due to date conflicts for many potential contestants. Watch for more information on this event as it becomes available.

The Miss Perham Scholarship Organization has been active for almost 30 years and is a leading achievement and scholarship program for young women in Minnesota.

The Miss Perham title is a "closed" title, meaning contestants must be a student or graduate of Perham High School to be eligible to compete.

In 2004, the program introduced a new title and crowned the first Miss Heart of the Lakes. This title is open to any young woman, age 17-24, who lives, works full-time or is a full-time student in Minnesota.

Both titleholders advance to the Miss Minnesota pageant.
