Rural Perham murder: Pipe wrench reportedly used in brutal killing of mother, son

Two hurt in Otter Tail County rollover

Two Fergus Falls residents were injured after a deer jumped in front of their vehicle and led to a rollover accident on Wednesday.

Driver Justin Charles Stock, age 34, and passenger Megan Ann Stock, 28, were traveling southbound on County State Aid Highway 1, southwest of Fergus Falls, when a deer crossed the road in front of their 2016 Chevrolet Traverse, the Minnesota State Patrol reports. While attempting to avoid the deer, the Traverse swerved and went into the east ditch, causing the vehicle to roll over.

Both parties were transported to Lake Region Hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries, the patrol reports. They were both wearing seatbelts at the time of the accident.

The rollover occurred at 9:33 p.m. on a dry road. According to the patrol, alcohol was involved.
