Dent woman critical after two-car crash
Sonya Steadman, 24, of Dent remains in critical condition at Fargo's Sanford Hospital after being injured in a two-car head-on crash on Highway 78 near Perham the morning of March 12, the Minnesota State Patrol reported.
Steadman was driving her car northbound on Highway 78 about two miles south of Perham, about 10:32 a.m. when the vehicle spun and went into the southbound lane, hitting a pickup truck driven by Matthew Radil, 28, of Richville, the patrol reported.
Steadman was airlifted from the scene, the patrol reported. She was wearing a seatbelt at the time of crash, according to the patrol.
Radil and three passengers in the truck were taken by an ambulance to Perham Memorial Hospital, the patrol said.
Radil, along with Katherine Radil, 27 and Joshua Radil, 2, both of Richville, apparently suffered non-life-threatening injuries, the Patrol reported. Hannah A. Radil, no age listed, appeared to suffer minor injuries, the patrol reported.
A spokeswoman at Perham Memorial said none of the Radils were at the hospital Saturday night.
Road conditions were icy, the patrol reported.
