Threats made at residences in Deer Creek, New York Mills
Sheriff deputies, on Nov. 14, responded to potentially dangerous domestic disturbances in Deer Creek and New York Mills.
Threats had been made before calls came into the county sheriff office.
"Law enforcement settled down a disruptive male in Deer Creek and a disruptive female at New York Mills," said County Sheriff Administrative Assistant Keith Van Dyke.
The sheriff report on Nov. 15 said the female in New York Mills had reportedly broken property during the domestic dispute.
"It's important that law enforcement arrive on the scene, in special cases such as these, before things get out of control," said Van Dyke.
