Dent man arrested for two burglaries

A 27-year-old Dent man has been arrested for his involvement in two burglaries, including one at Nootzie’s Café on Christmas morning.

Justin Michael Lemon was arrested by Otter Tail County sheriff’s deputies on Dec. 26, in connection with burglaries at Dent Equity and Nootzies Café, the sheriff’s office reported.

Cash and tools were stolen Dec. 23 from Dent Equity, while cash and a cell phone were taken from the café.

Property from the burglaries was located during a search conducted by deputies at the location where Lemon was staying, in Dent.

Lemon also is facing charges of possession of a controlled substance.

Following his arrest for the burglaries, Lemon was booked into the Otter Tail County Jail.
