NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S EXECUTION SALE ON REAL PROPERTY Under and by virtue of an Execution issued out of and under the seal of the District Court of the State of Minnesota, in and for the Seventh Judicial District and County of Becker on the June 5, 2014, upon a judgment rendered and docketed in said Court and County in an action therein on August 4, 2004, wherein Robert J. Roberts & Associates, Inc. was plaintiff, and Beatrice M. Tessman was a defendant, in favor of said plaintiff and against said defendant for the sum of $95,853.86, as appears in the judgment roll filed in the office of the Clerk of said District Court for said County of Becker, and WHEREAS, said judgment was docketed in the District Court of Becker County on the 5th day of October, 2004, and has not been satisfied and $134,576.39 is actually due thereon as of June 5, 2014, plus additional interest computed up to and including the date of sale and all of my fees, costs and disbursements of levy and sale, and WHEREAS, said Execution has to me as Sheriff of Becker County been duly directed and delivered, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that I have levied upon and will sell at public auction to the highest cash bidder, in the Sheriff's Office in Becker County at 925 Lake Avenue, Detroit Lakes, Minnesota 56501 on the 31st day of July, 2014, at 1:00 o'clock in the p.m. of that day, all the right, title and interest in and to the real estate hereinafter described, or any interest therein which said defendant has since that day acquired, commonly known as 1150 and 1151 US Highway 59, the legal description of the property being as follows, to-wit: That part of Government Lot Five (5) of Section Eighteen (18), Township One Hundred Forty Six (146) Range Thirty Nine (39), less the platted portion thereof and also less Warranty Deed to William V. Spenc dated July 21, 1969 and filed August 2nd, 1969 at 9 A.M. in Warranty Book No. 80, on Page 292 and also Contract for Deed to Loren A. Rustad and Margaret A. Rustad, dated July 9, 1969 and filed Feb, 25, 1972 at 4 P.M. in Book 77 of Deeds on page 631.
