PERHAM — The Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton junior Legion baseball team overcame a seven-run deficit and completed a sweep of the Perham Stingers Wednesday at Krueger Field winning game one 9-8 and the nightcap 11-8.

Perham blew open the opening game batting around in a seven-run second inning on RBI base hits by Dylan Perrine, Alec Meyer, Patrick Murphy and Brady Stoll.

Murphy held D-G-F off the scoreboard for five innings.

D-G-F did all their damage in the final two innings scoring nine times for the victory.

Meyer led Perham with three hits.

Hanson took the loss in three innings of work in game two.

Murphy, Matthew Benke and Eli Hoffman each had a pair of hits as Perham had plenty of offense for eight runs but were unable to keep the visitors off the scoreboard.
