NYM Volleyball: Eagles knock off Henning

By John George

The Eagles did a lot of damage from the service line, where they finished with 19 aces. Kimberlee Erickson led the way with six. Katie Schik added three aces to go with five kills.

Alicia Boe led the team with 12 kills along with nine blocks, nine digs and two service aces. Hannah Rutten added seven kills to go with 13 blocks and 23 back-row digs. Lauren Rud dished out 24 set assists for the Eagles.

The annual New York Mills Invitational Volleyball Tournament will be this weekend. Matches at the high school gym and at the Sports Center start at 9 a.m.
