Pelican Rapids got out to a fast start leading 14-2 en route to a big 40-14 advantage at halftime.

The Vikings continue their season-opening road trip at Minnetonka where they will face No. 6-2A St. Peter in the Breakdown Tip-Off Classic Saturday.
