Parking ban in force in downtown Perham
Effective immediately, the city of Perham will be enforcing no parking in the Downtown Business District until the snow has been plowed and removed. The parking ban will be between the hours of 1 a.m. and 8 a.m. This will be enforced between November 1 and April 30.
