Elizabeth Huwe/FOCUS Joyce Koelln, a resident of Perham, has kept busy her whole life, first by helping out on the family farm, then in various jobs before returning to farming with her husband later in life. She worked in the kitchen at Perham’s hospital for  28 years, and has been volunteering for Meals on Wheels for the past 20 years.
