Otter Tail County first in state to raise tobacco purchasing age

Representatives from United Community Bank (UCB), the In Their Own Words Veterans Museum (ITOW), and Honor Flight of North Dakota and Minnesota were on hand for the transfer of a $5,500 donation check from UCB to the Honor Flight program during a Veterans Day celebration at ITOW on Monday. On October 13th, St. Paul's school was the host site for the MN North Lutheran School's spelling bee.  
Front row:  Eve Foltz placed 2nd for 4th grade, Avalee Brown placed 1st for 5th grade, Izzy Hennagir placed 2nd for 3rd grade, Shelby Johnson placed 1st for 4th grade, and Ethan Quitberg placed 3rd for 3rd grade.
