A Better Wireless internet company is moving forward with plans to expand its service into parts of the Perham area. Workers were out on Saturday adding some additional service equipment to the New York Mills City water tower, and will also be adding some new equipment to a tower east of Perham.
Though the company recently altered its original expansion plan, its service area and services offered haven’t changed from that plan.
The Henning-based A Better Wireless strives to offer low cost, premium-quality broadband service in rural Henning, Deer Creek, the Leaf Lakes area, New York Mills and, now, parts of Perham.
