The Perham Rotary Club and Foundation had its annual Spring Fling event on April 20.

Around 120 Rotarians and friends attended the event, which is the club’s largest fundraiser of the year.

Silent auction items included everything from a Twins baseball package to a week’s stay at a condo in Mexico. Two of the live auction items included a wall of wine and a one-of-a-kind turned bowl by Phil Holtan.

Brian Nelson, the evening’s master of ceremonies, kept the evening moving at a lively pace, while award-winning auctioneer, Mitch Barthels, conducted the live auction.

“Due to the incredible support from area businesses and individuals, the monies raised at the Spring Fling will go toward many worthwhile programs that benefit Perham and the surrounding area,” said event chairperson Denise Tappe.
