Jack Chivers Realty recently moved to a new office in Perham. The Chivers entered the Perham market place five years ago, with a shared office on Main Street. After the recent additions to their Perham team, they needed more space to serve their clients.
The Chivers have now moved in to the previous COVE co-working space, next to Level III and across from Dot & Minnie’s clothing boutique at 157 First Ave. S. The new space allows for more room to host their team of four sales agents and the marketing staff. The office has two windows that showcase properties for sale to consumers in downtown Perham.
