O'Reilly Auto Parts could be coming to Perham.
A public hearing will be at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18, at City Hall.
The purpose of the public hearing is to address a request from O'Reilly Auto Parts for a variance from the provision of the City of Perham's Land Use Ordinance No. 268, Section 22, subdivision 6, to permit them a 10-foot reduction of the side yard setback to allow for the construction of the building, according to a public notice published in the Feb. 6 Focus.
The property that O'Reilly is requesting the variance for is on Jake Street, right across from the current NAPA Auto Parts store.
Comments on the request will be heard at the public hearing. Those who have comments but are unable to attend the hearing may submit written comments on the variance request. Written commits must be submitted prior to the hearing to City Manager Jonathan Smith at PO Box 130, Perham, MN 56573.
