The Whisk from Scratch bakery quietly opened its doors on July 12 to allow for more training time for employees.
The bakery has a variety of foods and drinks, with one of its specialties being a build-your-own sandwich section. The business also sells a variety of drinks including mochas, orange juice, flavored waters and more.
The Perham bakery provides a spacious seating area that gives it an artisan-bakery feel.
Business hours are Mondays-Wednesdays 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Thursdays-Saturdays 7:30 a.m.-10 p.m.
