The winning ticket for the $28,000 Northstar Cash jackpot was sold in Perham, according to a Facebook post made by Minnesota Lottery.
According to the post, the ticket won on Sept. 1, and was sold at Central Market. The winning numbers on the ticket were 9,18,23,35,31.
