Average Jo Triathlon set for Saturday, June 26

Perham's 17th Annual Average Jo Triathlon has been scheduled for Saturday, June 26, at 8 a.m. in Paul Miller Park. There are two different categories: an individual triathlon and a team triathlon.

Perham's 17th Annual Average Jo Triathlon has been scheduled for Saturday, June 26, at 8 a.m. in Paul Miller Park. There are two different categories: an individual triathlon and a team triathlon.

The course starts with a 0.47 mile-long swim at the public beach near the entrance of Paul Miller Park. Swimmers will head in a clockwise direction in Little Pine Lake that will finish on the beach.

Next, is a 12.5 mile bike race through Paul Miller Park. Then, athletes will run 3.1 miles along the Lakeside golf course and Arvig Park.
