PERHAM — The Two Eighty Six youth snowmobiling circuit closed out the season with its fourth event in Perham.

The event featured two days of racing on March 12 and 13, with about 100 racers at the Pioneer Grounds. Sandi Blesum, registration and scoring official, said the circuit enjoys traveling to middle-sized towns with good amenities like hotels and restaurants.

With racers from beginners to experienced, the excitement brings a village of snowmobilers and their families together. The racers, who are 17 years old and under, are from the Detroit Lakes, Perham and Hawley areas, along with other areas of western Minnesota and eastern North Dakota.
