Starla Mousseau and Dustin Kotchen of Hewitt, Minn., are happy to announce the birth of their daughter, Khaleesi Jean Kotchen, born at 7:43 a.m., on Jan. 24, 2013. She weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces and was 20 inches long.
She was delivered by Dr. Janelle Strom and Dr. Ben Hess at Tri-County Health Care in Wadena.
