Stormi Jovanovich and Dillan Bowers of Perham are happy to announce the birth of their daughter, Kira Emma Bowers, born Nov. 21, 2011. She weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces and was 21 1/2 inches long. She was delivered by Dr. Illene Reed at Perham Health.
Grandparents are Susan Bergquist, Perham; Jen Bowers, Ottertail; Shane Jovanovich, Andover, Minn.; and Chris Bowers, Ottertail. Great-grandparents are Jerry Widmer, Ottertail; and Barb and Lawrence Bowers, Ottertail.
