Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held concerning a subdivision of property requested by Esser Development for the following described property:
Prairies Edge Addition
All of Lots 4, 5, 6 and 7, all in Block 2, said plat.
EXCEPT
That part of Lot 4, Block 2, PRAIRIES EDGE ADDITION, said plat. Described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 4; thence North 89 degrees 36 minutes 50 seconds East along the south line of said Lot 4, a distance of 129.26 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 4; thence North 00 degrees 02 minutes 47 seconds East, a distance 99.61 feet; thence South 89 degrees 36 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 109.98 feet to the west line of said Lot 4; thence South 00 degrees 02 minutes 47 seconds West along said west line, a distance of 40.75 feet to the point of curvature along the westerly boundary of said Lot 4; thence southwesterly 63.10 feet, along a tangential curve concave northwest, having a central angle 36 degrees 09 minutes 21 seconds, and a radius of 100.00 feet to the point of beginning.

The Public Hearing on the request will be held at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 125 2nd Ave NE, PO Box 130, Perham, Minnesota 56573. If you are unable to attend this hearing written comments on the request may be submitted to the City Manager at the above address prior to the Hearing.
