Lion Pat Hendrickx from the Perham Lakes Lions club and Youth Outreach Chair, recently announced the winners in the Youth Outreach poster contest. This contest is open to 6th, 7th and 8th graders and involves a variety of themes to choose from including self esteem, alcohol and drug awareness, volunteering, etc. Amelia Bell took first place while Brock Melgard took second. Ethan Briard received third place. They each received cash prizes from the Perham Lakes Lions along with each student participating receiving $5.
