Kristine & Steven Ruther, of Perham, Minn., are happy to announce the birth of their son, Bruce Steven Ruther. Bruce was delivered by Dr. Kailey Witt at Perham Health on April 25, 2023, at 11:05 p.m. He weighed 8 pounds, 13 ounces and was 20-1/2 inches long. Bruce is welcomed home by siblings Luke, Hannah and Emma; grandparents Doris & Dorvin Ruther; and great-grandparent Carol Haataja.
