Tara & Michael Thompson, of Ottertail, Minnesota, are happy to announce the birth of their daughter, Charlotte Jasmyn Thompson. Charlotte was delivered by Dr. Illene Reed at Perham Health on January, 1, 2023, at 3:01 pm. She weighed 9 pounds, 1 ounce and was 21 inches long. Charlotte is welcomed home by siblings Joshua and Elianore.
