Kari & Erik Richter, of Perham, Minn., are happy to announce the birth of their daughter, Chloe Mae Richter. Chloe was delivered by Dr. Kailey Witt at Perham Health on March 29, 2023, at 7:38 p.m. She weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces and was 20 inches long. Chloe is welcomed home by grandparents Kelly & Lloyd and CeCe & Mike; and great-grandparents Judy & Wayne; Evelyn & Dave; and Anita & Duane.
