Kathryn & John Hart, of Ottertail, Minn., are happy to announce the birth of their daughter, Dylan Anne Hart. Dylan was delivered by Dr. Jaimie Deraney, OB/GYN at Perham Health on December 8, 2020, at 5:50 p.m. She weighed 6 pounds, 0 ounces and was 19 inches long. Dylan is welcomed home by grandparents Desiree & Martin Navin and Pat & Charlie Hart; and great-grandparent Muriel Kipfer.
