Chelsey & Matthew Lepper, of Perham, Minn., are happy to announce the birth of their son, Fabian Matthew Lepper. Fabian was delivered by Tonya Diggins, CNP, Midwife, at Perham Health on June 3, 2022, at 1:06 am. He weighed 9 pounds, 10 ounces and was 21 3/4 inches long. Fabian is welcomed home by grandparents Ross, Mark & Diane, Jim & Connie.
