Samantha & Andrew Rose of Perham, MN, are happy to announce the birth of their daughter, Raya Joe Rose. Raya was delivered by Dr. Illene Reed at Perham Health on December 7, 2022, at 1:58 AM. She weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long. Raya is welcomed home by siblings Carter, Oakley, and Kyra; grandparents Dennis & Alesha, Dave & Annette, Tim & Marion, and Brent & Shawna; and great-grandparents Bill & Teresa, Carol, Darleen, and Sheila.
