Darrin and Melinda (Carrlson) Oelfke of Frazee, Minn., are happy to announce the birth of their daughter, Payson Elaine Oelfke, born Dec. 6, 2012. She weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce and was 21 inches long. She was delivered by Dr. Andrea Westby at Perham Health.
Grandparents are Don and Sandi Carrlson, New York Mills; Dan Oelfke, Frazee; and Michelle Oelfke, Frazee.
