Angel of Hope Candlelight Vigil

Kids Christmas Party

Perham: At the Perham Center for the Arts from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Games, gifts, pictures with Santa and Elsa, and more. Organized by The 1800 Club (formerly The Zafety Club) for the fourth year in a row.

EOT County 4-H Project Day

New York Mills: From 12:30-4:30 p.m. at the New York Mills School, kids in kindergarten through 6th grade are invited to take part in hands-on learning through make-and-take projects. Project sessions will include centerpieces, woven bracelets, table runners, felted soaps and more. Kids do not need to be in 4-H to take part; adults are welcome to attend, too. A cost of $7 per child or $20 for the whole family includes four projects per youth. Contact Janet Malone at malon034@umn.edu or 218-385-5420 to preregister. Walk-ins are also welcome.

Perham Giving Tree, Nov. 14-Dec. 17

Perham: At the In Their Own Words Veterans Museum. Pick a card off the tree to anonymously purchase Christmas gifts for area children in need; deadline to return gifts/cards is Dec. 17. To participate in the Giving Tree, complete an application at the museum, located at 805 West Main Street. The Giving Tree is sponsored by the Perham Ministerial Association.

Monthly food shelf fundraisers at Pizza Ranch

Perham: From 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. the first Monday of every month. Tell the cashier when you order that you are there for the fundraiser; your receipt is your donation to the local food shelf. Sponsored by the Eastern Star Olive Branch Chapter.
