Girls basketball: Perham gets back on track over DGF

The Perham girls basketball team got back on track on Thursday night with a dominating win over Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton.

The ninth-ranked Yellowjackets (7-3), according to Minnesota Basketball News, took care of business on both ends of the floor against the Rebels (1-7) in a 69-27 road win.

Sydney Anderson had a game-high 25 points after missing the two Grand8 Holiday Classic games. Willow Thiel and Olivia Pilgrim each had 11 points.

DGF didn’t have a scorer in double digits. Aria Garrett had eight points, while Lucy Hilton and Gabriel Tucker each had five points. The Yellowjackets outscored the Rebels 33-12 in the first half before cruising to a 42-point win.
