NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FACILITIES PLAN FOR 2024 MAIN STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT To Whom It May Concern: Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Perham will be holding a Public Hearing at their regularly scheduled Council Meeting in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 5:15 pm on the 13th day of February 2023 to discuss a Facilities Plan for Utility and Street Improvements on Main Street (CSAH No. 80). This Public Hearing is required per Minnesota Administrative Rules 7077.0272 as the City is seeking funding from the Minnesota Public Facilities Authority for improvements to the City’s water and wastewater systems. Information on alternatives considered, proposed improvements, proposed improvement areas, and estimated assessments will be discussed at the Public Hearing. The estimated cost of the improvement is $9,336,500. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
