NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of Corliss Township, Otter Tail County, Minnesota will conduct a hearing on the 21st day of July, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. located at 49594 County Highway 53, Perham, Corliss Township, for the purpose of considering and acting upon a Petition it received calling for the vacation of the following described road:
PARCEL A: All that part of the dedicated public road as dedicated in the plat of HEIDI'S SANDY BEACH SUBDIVISION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Otter Tail County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of Lot 21, EVERGREEN BEACH, according to the recorded plat thereof; thence on an assumed bearing of North along the westerly line of said EVERGREEN BEACH, a distance of 261.13 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 22, said EVERGREEN BEACH, the point of beginning of the land to described; thence North 89 degrees 46 minutes 31 seconds West along the southerly line of said dedicated public road, a distance of 49.98 feet to an angle point in said southerly line; thence South 00 degrees 09 minutes 53 seconds East along the easterly line of said dedicated public road, a distance of 156.15 feet to an angle point in said easterly line; thence South 83 degrees 55 minutes 36 seconds West along the southerly line of said dedicated public road, a distance of 50.90 feet; thence North 11 degrees 03 minutes 59 seconds West a distance of 20.64 feet; thence North 39 degrees 17 minutes 36 seconds West a distance of 36.52 feet; thence northeasterly on a non-tangential curve, concave to the northwest, having a radius of 163.65 feet, a delta angle of 26 degrees 28 minutes 56 seconds and a chord bearing of North 21 degrees 29 minutes 48 seconds East, for an arc distance of 75.64 feet; thence North 10 degrees 35 minutes 02 seconds East a distance of 79.49 feet to the north line of said dedicated public road; thence South 67 degrees 37 minutes 06 seconds East a distance of 92.10 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 10,600 square feet more or less.
