NOTICE TO RESIDENTS CITY OF PERHAM NOXIOUS WEEDS AND TALL GRASS Please be advised that it is a violation of City Ordinance to allow noxious weeds, other rank vegetation or grass longer than eight (8) inches or about to go to seed on property you own. Please maintain your property in accordance with these Community Standards. Owners and occupants have ten days to be in compliance with this Ordinance.
