Office Cleaning Needed
The City of Perham is looking for a contractor or business to clean City Hall and the Library. (approx. 10-12 hours per week). Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, removing trash/recycling, inside window cleaning, and restroom cleaning. Previous cleaning experience is preferred. Flexible working hours during evenings and weekends.
Interested parties must be able to provide:
1. Insurance for General Liability (for products for damage to property) naming the City as a certificate holder in the amount of $500,000
2. Workers’ Compensation Certificate of Insurance.
3. Janitorial Services Bond in the amount of $5,000
