SUMMARY OF CITY CODE, CHAPTER 114: FOR PUBLICATION
CITY CODE REGULATING TOBACCO REGULATIONS
WITHIN THE CITY OF PERHAM, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS; the City of Perham does hereby provide notice that it has amended City Code, Chapter 114 regulating Tobacco Regulations within the City of Perham.
Chapter 114 contains the following:
   114.01   Purpose and intent
   114.02   Definitions
   114.03   License
   114.04   Fees
   114.05   Basis for denial of license
   114.06   Prohibited sales
   114.07   Vending machines
   114.08   Responsibility
   114.09   Compliance checks and inspections
   114.10   Other illegal acts
   114.11   Exceptions and defenses
   114.99   Violations and penalty
This Chapter will take full force and effect upon adoption and publication. The City of Perham does hereby provide notice that it has enacted City Code, Chapter 114, Tobacco Regulations within the City.
Any person requesting a copy of the Ordinance may contact the City Office.
