AN ORDINANCE REVISING ORDINANCE NO. 286 ENTITLED
LAND USE (ZONING)
CITY OF PERHAM, MINNESOTA
Section 1.
The City Council of the City of Perham, Minnesota hereby ordains as follows:
The following described property is hereby rezoned from Open (O) to Single Family (R-2) and Multi-Family (R-4) to accommodate continued and consistent development of the area, known as Westwind 4.
