PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Please take notice that the Planning Commission of the City of Perham will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at 7:30 AM, in the Council Chambers of Perham City Hall, 125 2nd Ave NE, Perham, MN, to consider the following: (1) Request of CJ Investments LLC to rezone the property described below from open to Light Industrial(L-I) for growth of Crane Johnson Lumber Co, and storage building.
