Jim Sagissor suffered debilitating chronic pain after a motorcycle accident in 2011. He relied heavily on narcotic painkillers, which failed to alleviate his pain and caused problems. His pain has been greatly relieved after a procedure last year implanted a spinal cord stimulator, which sends messages to his brain to block the pain.
