It is Ordered and Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of March, 2006, at 10:00 oclock A.M., a hearing will be held in the above-named Court at New York Mills, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the will of the above-named decedent, dated December 8, 2005, and for the appointment of Lyle G. Brown, whose address is 11082 County Highway 43, Menahga, Minnesota, 56464, as personal representative of the estate of the above-named decedent in unsupervised administration, and that any objections thereto must be filed with the Court. If proper and no objections are filed, a personal representative will be appointed to administer the estate, to collect all assets, pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, and sell real and personal property, and do all necessary acts for the estate.
Notice is further given that ALLCREDITORS having claims against said estate are required to present the same to said personal representative or to the Clerk of the Court within four months after the date of this notice or said claims will be barred.

THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
YOU AND EACH OF YOU are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiffs' attorney an Answer to the Complaint which is on file in the office of the Clerk of the above-named Court in the City of Fergus Falls, County of Otter Tail, State of Minnesota, within twenty (20) days after the service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, the Plaintiffs will apply to the Court and Judgment by Default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
THIS ACTION involves, affects or brings into question real property situated in the County of Otter Tail, State of Minnesota, described as follows, to-wit:
Lot One (1) and Lot Two (2) of Block Thirteen (13) of Rothpletz Addition to the Village of Perham, Minnesota, EXCEPT the following described tract of land:
A strip of land five (5) feet in width and one hundred forty (140) feet in length located in the Northwesterly one half of Lot Two (2) all in Block Thirteen (13), Rothpletz Addition to the Village of Perham, according to the recorded plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Otter Tail County, Minnesota, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point at the northernmost corner of Lot Two (2) of said Block Thirteen (13) Rothpletz Addition where the Northwesterly line of Lot Two (2) intersects the Southerly line of Beaver Street; thence in a Southeasterly direction on and along the Southerly line of Beaver Street a distance of five (5) feet, more or less to the point of intersection with a line which is parallel with and, when measured at right angles, five (5) feet distant from the Northwesterly line of said Lot Two (2); thence in a Southwesterly direction and parallel with the Northwesterly line of Lot Two (2) a distance of one hundred forty (140) feet, more or less, to the Northerly line of the duly laid out alley; thence in a Northwesterly direction on and along the Northerly line of said alley which is also the Southwesterly line of Lot Two (2), a distance of five (5) feet, more or less, to the westernmost corner of said Lot Two (2); thence in a Northeasterly direction on and along the Northwesterly line of Lot Two (2) a distance of one hundred forty (140) feet, more or less, to the place of beginning.
