Blessings come in all shapes and are usually right on time. Dawn Frank's blessing couldn't have come at a better time.
Frank, who attends Northwoods Assembly of God in Perham, went in to visit with the pastor about getting some help to fix up the trailer she lives in with her three children. Instead of getting some assistance with the trailer, she was offered a house - free of charge.
KLN Enterprises donated the house, located on 6th Street next to Barrel O' Fun, to Northwoods Assembly of God.
"We've always had a connection with Barrel O' Fun," said Pastor Dirk Currier. "They are able to give this gift and we are able to bless someone else with it."
The papers were signed on Thursday, September 28 for the transfer of the house and the very next day a crew was hard at work preparing the house for its journey from Perham to Ottertail. For roughly the same amount of money that Dawn Frank would have needed to fix her trailer, she is getting the house moved to Ottertail where she currently lives.

For Frank, the prospect of having a house of her own is almost too incredible to imagine. This will be the first house she has ever lived in.
"I'm very excited," she said. "I think I'm still in shock. My kids are ecstatic; they've already got their rooms picked out." With three bedrooms in the house, there will be plenty of space for the whole family.
Both Pastor Currier and Frank agreed that the home is a blessing from heaven.
"I call it the favor of God," said Currier who commented how wonderful it is to see local businesses and members of the community working to help others.
