By coincidence of scheduling, several authors will be converging on Perham over the course of just a few days.
December opens with a chance to meet some interesting writers and learn about their books in a series of 'Meet the Author' programs offered by the Friends of the History Museum.
Last week, the Wild Goose in Perham hosted another author and artist, Marianne Richmond.

On December 1 and 2, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Drew Dodds will be on hand to sign his book at the ITOW Veterans Museum.

Local author, Jean Rosen, will be at Best of Times on Dec. 1 and 2 from 2-5 p.m.
Town Ball
Armand Peterson and Tom Tomashek will be at the ITOW Veterans Museum on Tuesday, December 5, from noon to 4 p.m. You can relive the glory days of Minnesota's town team baseball as the authors discuss and sign their book, "Town Ball: The Glory Days of Minnesota Amateur Baseball".
America's Songs
Michael Lasser, author and host of the nationally syndicated public radio show, Fascinatin' Rhythm will tell the stories behind White Christmas and Other Songs of the War Years in a program at the ITOW Veterans Museum Friday, December 8, 7 p.m. Michael Lasser is a lecturer, writer, broadcaster, critic, and teacher.
