Teen dies in northwest Minnesota rollover crash

GULLY, Minn. — A 19-year-old man died Friday morning, Dec. 14, during a rollover crash in Polk County, according to a press release from the sheriff’s office.

Investigators said the 2008 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck left the roadway and may have rolled several times. The driver was thrown from the vehicle, the release said. First responders were called to 330th Street Southeast and 380th Avenue Southeast in rural Gully at about 7:30 a.m., according to the release.

The man was dead when responders arrived, the release said. His name is being withheld until the family is notified.

The investigation is ongoing, the release said.

Gully is about 50 miles northwest of Bemidji.
