Arland Greiff

Arland George Greiff was born on June 21, 1930 and died on April 4, 2007. Arland was born in Perham, Minnesota to Ella and George Greiff. After graduating from Perham High School, Arland entered the Air Force, and made that a lifetime career.

Arland is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Bridget, his children Eugene (Kathleen), Ronald, Linda (Richard) and Paul (Anita), and his grandchildren, Katherine, Jill, Robert, Charline, Kelly, Kayla, Brian, Mitchell, Nicholas, and Mary Bridget. He is also survived by his Aunt Alice, his three sisters, Ethel, Vila and Eileen, their families and many other beloved relatives.

The qualities that defined Arland were a sense of excellence in all endeavors, an active sense of humor, a love of living, and a spirit of adventure. He was always willing to try hard and have fun, and along the way, made sure everyone else did the same thing. He will be missed.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in his name to your local office of the National Kidney Foundation.

There will be a visitation from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with a service at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 20th at Thompson's Valley West Funeral Chapel in Goodyear, AZ. Burial will follow services at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix, AZ. Under the direction of Sean E. Thompson of Thompson's Valley West Funeral Chapel in Goodyear.
