Arnie Thompson is back on the Perham-Dent School Board after taking an oath of office at the board’s regular meeting Wednesday, Oct. 9.

After Christi Stoll resigned from the board last month, a temporary vacancy opened until the 2020 election. Thompson was the only applicant for the seat after the board opened the seat up to interested members of the public.

Thompson served on the board for over a decade, before being edged out by less than 10 votes in last year's election.

  • The board accepted the sale of the old ALC building at 520 First Ave. N.
